KP-8 Switchbox & GPM
The General Purpose Module (GPM) is a programmable control board used to operate a vehicles secondary controls via the KP-8 Switchbox. Alternate inputs include the Crescent Industries' Voice Scan© Module. Almost any function can be controlled. The GPM can be custom programmed for specific timing functions and delays needed to operate your vehicle. The KP-8s can be positioned almost anywhere for your driving convenience.
Functions include but are not limited to: Ignition, starting, Doors lock/unlock, windows up/down, mirror adjustments, interior lights on/off, horn, headlights on/off, dimmer on/off, turn signals left/rights, cruise control on/set, windshield wiper/washer operation, gear shifting with IDS's electronic gear selector, parking break deployment with IDS's electronic park brake, hazards on/off, environmental controls, radio operation, wheelchair ramp up/down, and more...

PROXIMA Touch Screen System
The PROXIMA Touch Screen System is the newest addition to the IDS Secondary Control family. This product will give users a control system that requires no appreciable pressure to activate. The icons on the screen can be as large as needed, and placed in any pattern.
The PROXIMA Touch Screen System can support the same functions as the KP-8 Switchbox but only one PROXIMA with multiple windows is needed to replace multiple KP-8s

I.D.S. HLSS-1000 Mechanical Hydraulic Steering System, with HLSS-X Crossover Steering and Backup Steering System (BUSS)
The HLSS-100 allows for Reduced-effort or Zero-effort force used to steer. This system has proven to be Safe, Simple and Rugged.
The HLSS-X allows the user to change to OEM steering using a control lever. The OEM steering wheel may remain in most vehicles if it does not interfere with the operation of the HLSS steering wheel.
The Backup Steering System automatically activates and allows the user to steer even if the engine shuts off.. Customized orthotic adaptations and adjustable force and feedback are available to suit each application.

I.D.S. PGB-1000/2000 and Backup Brake System
The PGB's Linear Motor Position controller outputs a pulse width modulated signal that provides a smooth, fast and accurate response from the Hand Control to the linear actuator. The PGB can be safely operation down to 8 Volts for emergencies.
The Backup Brake System is a completely independent braking system parallel to the PGB.

I.D.S. EGS-100 Electronic Gear Selector
The EGS directly attaches to the OEM shifter hardware and utilizes the OEM transmission control display on the vehicle's dash. It is activated by the GPM through buttons on KP8 control pad or the PROXIMA touch screen.

I.D.S. Electronic Park Brake
IDS's Electronic Park Brake utilizes a linear actuator system with enough torque to stop your vehicle when parking in steep area or in an emergency situation. It is activated by the GPM through buttons on KP8 control pad or PROXIMA touch screen. The activation switch can also be located in any area that is most accessible to the user's range of motion.

IIDS Power Booster
The IDS Poser Booster takes the current battery voltage voltage, down to less than 8 volts, and boosts it up to 13.6 volts. This means that if your battery voltage drops because of a failure in the charging system or from just leaving the lights on, your devices supplied from the Battery Power Booster will continue to operate.

IDS Backup Battery Monitor and Charging System
This product monitors your backup battery, beginning when you start the engine. If your backup battery is low, the system connects your backup battery to the vehicle's charging system until it is charged, or you turn off the vehicle. It will disconnect your backup battery if the charging voltage is too high, and will continue to periodically connect the backup battery to keep it topped off.
